This was the perfect location for a pre-wedding family gathering (~50 guests). The main room is a good size with additional outdoor space available. It was a nice bright room and we were able to put up some decorations to create the mood we were looking for. Mia was brilliant helping us plan the event and on the day was open to last minute changes as we got the room ready. We brought in outside caterers who could set up outside the main room and used the hall's available bar facilities which was staffed by Mia and Leanne from the events team. A great time was had by our family and friends, who were impressed by the facilities and the surroundings. I would highly recommend you check this venue out when planning an event.

My partner and I are notoriously indecisive people, and we did look at a few venues including the Pierremont. Ultimately, we did choose the Pierremont for a multitude of reasons, and one of those reasons was Mia. We found during our venue search, most of the people we dealt weren’t great at communicating. We were always waiting on them. This wasn’t the case with Mia. Also Mia is incredibly organised and professional, always on hand for advice; but not pushy with it. We were anxious about the ceremony, but Mia’s preparation and advice worked wonders. She is an asset for the Pierremont. It venue itself is beautiful, and when we eventually receive our photos are imagine the venue is going to be one of the stars of the show. Lots of light in an incredible space. It is really a hidden gem, without being ridiculously overpriced. Unfortunately, when you say the ‘W’ word, zeroes are added to everything. My now-wife and I were married ten days before I wrote this review, and everyone we dealt with had been incredible and we have said to each other since the big day that we had the best people helping as put together our big day. We cannot thank Mia enough for her hard work, understand and especially her patience.

The afternoon ceremony run very smoothly we felt we were in good hands from start to finish and a lot of the pressure was taking of by our wedding organiser. For us it was a perfect day especially as we were able to have our dog by our side throughout which made it extra special for us.

Pierremont Hall was everything we wanted for our wedding. We originally booked to have it elsewhere, but it fell through. And what an amazing stroke of luck! From the very first contact with Mia, we were instantly put at ease and could picture our wedding clearly in this beautiful venue. Mia was in regular contact and offered names of suppliers for food, drink and entertainment. The day ran so smoothly and it is down to Mia that I was the most chilled bride ever! The building is absolutely gorgeous, and it fit really well with the aesthetic we were going for. Mia dealt with all the vendors to arrange timings and I could not be more grateful. I couldn’t stop smiling all day and just felt so relaxed that she had everything under control. I would recommend Pierremont Hall to anyone looking for a wedding venue. You will not be disappointed. The Mayor’s Parlour was a lovely place to get ready before the ceremony, and Council Chamber Hall is just a stunning room, with beautiful wooden flooring and massive windows to bring the outside in. We had guests spending time both inside and outside in the evening but we felt connected to them all with the doors open. The day was exactly how we had imagined it, and if I had to do it all again, I wouldn’t change a thing!

We had our wedding day on the 17th May 2025, Mia was incredible shes spent the last 2 years helping us create the perfect day, highly recommend and I couldn’t be more thankful for everything

Mia and the team at Pierremont Hall are absolutely fantastic, they dealt with every query and question with professionalism, and even handled us being super last minute on some decisions with ease. We couldn’t recommend them enough!

Where we celebrated my daughter’s first birthday here at the weekend. I would like to thank Mia for helping us with the arrangements and making everything run so smoothly. Mia even helped us set up. The hall has a touch of class about it as it is a listed building set within some beautiful gardens and a park. The weather was sunny so we were even able to make use of the outside space. I would thoroughly recommend this for a function or event.

Mia & Leanne were fantastic coordinators for our special day. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The rest of the staff for the evening celebration were so helpful and friendly. The venue is so beautiful and quiet. All our guests said how lovely it was. Thank you all so much for a perfect day ❤️

a Gorgeous Location, I cannot recommend it enough for functions. The Council Staff & Events Staff are very professional and helpful. Five stars.

On the 8th June 24 we had a wedding blessing ( we got married abroad the week before) The venue is beautiful, with use of both inside and outside garden space, the staff are so friendly and can’t do enough of you with great communication They made are special day brilliant

This venue was an amazing choice for us. It has a stunning garden to take gorgeous pictures in, the hall is big and has lots of light and lovely big arched windows. Our wedding coordinator mia tillett was so helpful with decorations and planning with us. We couldn’t have asked for better service and nicer people to help us. We highly recommend this venue for anyone wanting to get married, and the prices are so good if you have a budget wedding like we did.

We had our wedding June 2025 and it was perfect from start to finish. The venue is so beautiful, the bridal party got ready upstairs (with ample room), we had ceremony in the main hall and it was the turned around for wedding meal and then again for the disco, in the garden we had garden games and live music and being surrounded by the park is so picturesque. It was a perfect size for 50 day guests with a few extra in the evening. I would highly recommend Pierremont hall not only because of how beautiful it is but especially because of Mia the event co-ordinator she was on hand all day and made sure everything went to plan, she is great at what she does and went above and beyond all day.
